Welcome to the Melissa Data Business Coder. The Business Coder Web Service searches for Business Demographics data based on the address and company name.
You can use Business Coder to:
- Search for businesses using the phone number, stock ticker, and web address.
- Discover business SIC codes, sales volumes, employee sizes, phone numbers, etc.
Licensing
The customer ID is a software key required to use the service. You will receive your customer ID from you Melissa Data representative. Without the customer ID, Business Coder will not function.
To set the customer ID, use the CustomerID property in your requests. See Customer ID for more information.
