SmartMover Overview

  • U.S./Canadian change of address processing to update addresses of people or businesses that have moved.
  • NCOA and CCOA Processing Requirements:
    • If US and Canadian records exists: Minimum requirement is 100 US and 100 Canada records
    • If US Only: Minimum requirement is 100 US records
    • If CA Only: Minimum requirement is 100 CA records
