Welcome to the SSN Verification Web Service.
The SSN Verification Web Service verifies Social Security Numbers against a First and Last Name.
Capabilities
SSN Verification determines if the Social Security Number is within the acceptable range, and matches against the First and Last Name.
In addition, the Web Service will also check if the SSN is flagged as deceased.
You can use SSN Verification to:
- Verify SSN syntax is correct
- Verify the SSN exists
- Match First and Last Name to the SSN
- Perform deceased suppression based upon SSN.
