==Licensing==
The customer ID is a software key required to use the service. You will receive your customer ID from you Melissa Data representative. Without the customer ID, Business Coder will not function.
To set the customer ID, use the CustomerID property in your requests. See [[Business Coder:Request#Customer ID|Customer ID]] for more information.
