Running Presort in MAILERS+4
When running a presort in MAILERS+4 the following error occurs: "The presort databases is more than 3 months old and has expired. Please contact customer services at 1-800 800-6245 for information about getting an updated database.
To resolve this, please contact tech support (1-800-635-4772) to get an update link for MAILERS+4.
A patch will be released soon for this issue.
Geocoder Add-on for MAILERS+4
When running the Geocoder Add-on for MAILERS+4 no results are being appended to the file.
For a workaround, download this patch: Mailers+4 Geocoder Add-on Patch.
Move Update Method and ACS code do not match
Go back to the postage statement information page and change your Move Update Method.
This issue should be resolved shortly.
