The new presort data files that are mandatory August 31st. If you have not installed the Automatic Mailers+4 update you can install the patch that contains the new presort data files. The patch can be downloaded here:
Some customers are having problems opening there Microsoft Access files. Our programing team is currently working on a fix for this.
