ExpressStreet
ExpressStreet is a means for retrieving the streets (U.S.) within a ZIP Code using the ZIP Code and beginning of the street name (line 1) as the Input.

- The postal code field is used to narrow the search to the specified postal code.

- Maxrecords is provided to control the number of results returned from a request to the service.
- The default value is 10.
