2014 Postage Rates

The new postage rates and forms that go into effect January 26, 2014 have been finalized and were given to developers on January 10, 2014.

1. If you need to prepare a mailing prior to January 26, 2014, that will be mailed on or after January 26, 2014:

2. If you do not have to prepare a mailing prior to January 26, 2014:

  • On or after January 26th when you open MAILERS+4, the program will prompt you to update and install the new rates and forms.


Move Update Method and ACS code do not match

Go back to the postage statement information page and change your Move Update Method.

This issue should be resolved shortly.


Running Presort on Build 2964

When trying to run presort with build 2964 you will encounter this message:

"The presort databases is more than 3 months old and has expired. Please contact customer service at 1-800 800-6245 for information about getting an updated database."

To fix this error, download and run this fix: Build 2964 Fix
