Contact Zone can be installed and run on premise, or connect with the Melissa Data Cloud.
As such, the on-premise installation has different space requirements to install the data files locally.
On-premise Installation
Minimum Requirements
- 32-Bit Windows XP,2003,2008,Vista,7,8
- Java JDK 1.6 or above
- 6 GB hard-disk space
Recommended Requirements
- 64-Bit Windows XP,2003,2008,Vista,7,8
- Java JDK 1.6 or above
- 6 GB hard-disk space
Melissa Data Cloud
Minimum Requirements
- 32-Bit Windows XP,2003,2008,Vista,7,8
- Java JDK 1.6 or above
- 50 MB hard-disk space
Recommended Requirements
- 64-Bit Windows XP,2003,2008,Vista,7,8
- Java JDK 1.6 or above
- 50 MB hard-disk space
