Periodical Flat Non-Profit Mailing

First Class Mailing

With build #3281, PS Form 3600-FCM3\Part B\Box 5 - Residual Single-Piece is reporting a price of ".505" when it should be ".50".

Palletization

We do not currently have any known issues with Palletization as this is the test [Beta] version. The feature has been added for testing and to introduce the new functionality to the users of Mailers+4.

If you encounter any unexpected behavior or issues of any kind related to the new feature please contact our tech support team so we can get any problems corrected in the upcoming (non-beta test) release.


Microsoft Windows XP

Melissa Data can no longer support certain MAILERS+4 issues caused by the Windows XP operating system. Microsoft discontinued support of the Windows XP operating system on April 8, 2014. There are, however, still some workarounds available for a few of the issues caused by Windows XP, so please contact Tech Support if you do not find any information in this notice on the specific issues affecting your MAILERS+4 program.


Microsoft Access file

Some customers are having problems opening there Microsoft Access files. Our programing team is currently working on a fix for this.
